A letter to my children

All the morning sickness and labor pains were worth being able to finally hold you.

My stretch marks are a beautiful reminder of the miracle of being able to carry you.

All the sleepless nights and endless feedings were moments of bonding that I will always treasure.

Every meal prepared, mess cleaned, and lesson taught, has been my honor.

I will always be willing to listen to your stories, worries, and dreams.

Every day spent at home with you is not a sacrifice, it's an opportunity.

When you laugh, my hearts sings with joy.

When you cry, I'll always be here to comfort you.

Your needs will always come before my own.
 .
I will never turn my back on you.

You are perfect in every way.

I look forward to you sneaking into my bed at night.

I love the way you smell.

I love the way you sing loud and off key.

I love your toothless smile.

And when you are grown, as hard as it may be, I will let you go.

You are not a burden. You are a beautiful blessing from God and I am so thankful and proud to say that I am your mother.
